Cornish seawater is filtered to remove impurities to create sea salt flakes that are then blended with earthy European Black Truffle (or to use its Latin name “Tuber Aestivum”) to create the tantalising duo housed inside this jar. Sprinkle it over pasta dishes, seared steaks or creamy scrambled eggs and stir into sauces.
