Nyetimber Vineyard pioneered the UK's recent rise to fame and recognition for its ability to be taken seriously at international level. The estate was conceived, planted and equipped exclusively for the production of top-quality sparkling wines. Just over fourteen hectares (thirty-five acres) of gentle, south-facing slopes of greensand soil were planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the classic varieties of the Champagne region.

Crafted from a single vintage and given extended time on lees, this pure expression of Chardonnay was the first style ever produced at Nyetimber and marked the start of our pioneering journey in the early 1990s. We are proud to present our newest vintage.

Light gold hue and a fine, delicate mousse. Aromas of freshly squeezed lemon, pink apple and white blossom lead into alluring notes of shortbread and crème fraiche. Fresh orchard and citrus fruits follow through on the palate, where they are accompanied by ripe greengage and an unmistakable flinty, mineral character. The finish is long, creamy and complex, with a touch of salinity.

With over four years spent ageing on lees, our Blanc de Blancs balances richness with unmistakable elegance.
