A handcrafted modern styled Old Tom Gin, distilled with orange and yuzu fruit to give a warm citrus base surrounded by vanilla, liquorice, and hints of cardamom. Drier than the Original Dutch Jenever and sweeter than the classic London Dry, Sea Level Eco distillery is proud to have made Jersey’s first Old Tom Gin.
INGREDIENTS
Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Angelica, Liquorice, Ginger, Fresh Orange, Orange dried peel, Yuzu juice and dried peel, Vanilla pod, Cardamom. When in season we use Coriander grown at the distillery and Jersey ginger grown in Trinity.
BEST SERVED WITH…Superb with a drop of honey, slice of orange peel and a cold ginger ale.
