Description
The wine is made at the small winery Cascina Radice, which has roots all the way back to 1890 when the first canes were planted. The vineyard and the associated fields are located near the town of Moasca.
The colour is beautiful red, the aroma is intense, complex and full with notes of fruit and mushrooms. The taste is dry and classic for Barbaresco. The aftertaste is complex and lovely, full of fruit, mushrooms and a hint of white pepper.
It is the obvious wine for dishes with game, beef or lamb.
