Creamy rose hip tisane on the nose also has a touch of lemon and finest yeast. The palate expands on these notions with creamy fruitful generosity. Rose hip is joined by red apple, lemon is boosted by zestiness and the finest mousse amplifies that creamy feel. It's a classy but thoroughly hedonistic rosé that unites generosity, elegance and utter freshness. Consider this alongside subtle food—its inherent depth will add dimensions of pleasure. Lovely now, sure to develop. Drink now–2025. — Anne Krebiehl MW

Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Nyetimber continues to produce an exemplary range of wines at its state-of-the art facilities in Pulborough. The Classic Cuvée and this highly accomplished Rosé are both now multi-vintage blends, with the fruit in this wine coming from the 2013 and 2011 vintages. A Pinot Noir-dominant wine, it is fruity and rounded yet elegant, with beautiful balance and a long, harmonious finish.

Disgorged in February 2020 and based on the 2016 vintage, Nyetimber's latest NV Brut Rosé is showing very nicely, mingling scents of cherries and strawberries with hints of mandarin, plums and spices. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and complete, with a vibrant core of elegantly fleshy fruit, bright acids and a pillowy mousse, this has turned out very well. In fact, it's the finest rosé I've tasted from this address.
VINOUS 92 points
The MV Brut Rosé blends 54% Pinot Noir, 41% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier, spending 39 months on lees. The base wines are 85% from the 2020 vintage, with the remaining 15% from 2019. While pale, the pink color has some depth. Candied Morello cherry is fleeting on the nose but sets an aromatic tone that continues with rosehip and beautifully salt-crusted redcurrant. The palate is concentrated and has quite a vinous vibe, speaking of that 2020 ripeness, with a generous fill on a contoured, svelte body. Lovely now, this wine is sure to evolve. ABOUT NYETIMBER
Nyetimber Vineyard pioneered the UK's recent rise to fame and recognition for its ability to be taken seriously at international level. The estate was conceived, planted and equipped exclusively for the production of top-quality sparkling wines. Just over fourteen hectares (thirty-five acres) of gentle, south-facing slopes of greensand soil were planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the classic varieties of the Champagne region.
Vibrant antique red rose colour, hint of copper tones, lovely tiny bubbles. Red mango, honey, hints of star anise/cardamom and alyssum. Red liquorice, red cherry & currant flavours. High intensity, with lovely round and full but soft texture. Finish is very long and full with redcurrant and hints of shortcrust pastry.
This beautiful sunset-pink Multi-Vintage rosé has us dreaming of long, sunny days. Offering a unique combination of aromas, including British summer fruits and shortbread. Its creamy, round texture and refreshing redcurrant, raspberry and cherry flavours give it an elegant and silky finish.
Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this is one of the driest wines in our range. Its distinctive red fruit flavour lends itself to weightier dishes, making it the perfect year-round wine.
Perfect with Salmon Fillets, Brown Crab, Veal Carpaccio & Guinea Fowl.
