Description
Pentire is a botanical non-alcoholic spirit made by distilling plants native to the Cornish coast. This adrift edition features botanicals such as rock samphire, sea fennel, sage, sea rosemary, citrus, and Cornish sea salt. This combination captures the aromas and flavours that we experience next to the sea. Pentire is served as a 50ml measure, into a glass full of ice, topped with light tonic and garnished with sage, rosemary, rock samphire or a bay leaf. ‘We believe that drinking shouldn’t hold you back from the adventures of tomorrow’.
