Description

Delos transforms the blueprints for our own Extinct Blend, Asyla. All American oak, an older character, and a sumptuous balance of malt and grain whiskies.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
A sweet succulence that breaks upon the nose in soft waves: ripe pear, pineapple, orange oil and vanilla cream. A medley of fruit tarts and white chocolate soothe the palate, while the maturity of the component whiskies gradually builds to reveal guava, heather honey and chai spices.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS
Pour into a wine glass and engineer your own island retreat. Make sure some pieces of music and close friends are stowed away too.
