At the center of it all is our perfectly round hill, Rondekop: the 8th natural element.
Subtlety and finesse in a beautifully structured wine. Cabernet has seldomly known elegance such as in the Per Se 2020. The wine itself showcases as a deep ruby in the glass. A rich and inviting nose with intermingling hints of red and black fruit. Blackberries, red plums and a generous touch of brambles are interwoven with lavender, green tea leaves and rosemary. The palate displays a wonderfully subtle elegance, with a ripe sandy tannin and a racy acidity. Notes of lavender, sour cherries, tree bark and cedar wood delight the taste buds. A beautiful finish of florality and cherry tobacco round off a divine tasting experience.
