It is a delicate, pale rosé with great subtelty, finesse, balance and freshness made with the best fruit from vineyards surrounding the château. A blend of 95% Grenache from 30 year old vines and 5% Syrah from 20 year old vines. Delicious on its own or with lighter dishes, including seafood.
