We do not issue physical tickets. Your details will be on the door list.
***CANCELLATION POLICY***
If you decide to cancel any events scheduled with Dunell's, please let us know as soon as possible. The team will endeavour to resell your ticket(s) so that a refund can be given. Alternatively, you can just pass your ticket on to someone else; however, please let us know the new ticket owner. Refunds on any ticket(s) will NOT be given within 14 days of the event unless we can successfully resell your ticket(s).
