Made in collaboration with Cloudwater Brew to celebrate Basqueland's 9th anniversary.

Bonito del Norte preserves a true liquid delicacy inside. This collaborative Double Dry-hopped IPA, one of our favorite styles, is a true delight for the senses. We have made it using a blend of pilsner malts that, together with malted oats and raw oats and wheat, have created a beer with body and silkiness on the palate. We added El Dorado, Idaho7 and the innovative Krush hops for a short contact period to get the best out of them, adding layers of delicious aromas: notes of orange peel, grapefruit, guava and passion fruit, accompanied by a subtle touch of wood.
