For its production, the firm's technical team carries out a vinification process, dealcoholisation, and subsequent storage in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature until bottling and commercialisation.

The origins of Bodegas Juan Gil date back to 1906, and since then, it has been a family business with a history in Jumilla. The firm has more than 800 hectares of its own vineyard distributed across different denominations of origin such as Rueda, Montsant, Almansa, or Jumilla itself, among others. The house has positioned itself as an international entity thanks to its know-how and the quality of its wines.

Disfrutand0,0 Blanco is a non-alcoholic wine made entirely from the verdejo grape variety. After meticulous dealcoholisation, Bodegas Juan Gil managed to preserve all the essence and quality of the wine it comes from. The result is a white that surprises with its pleasant citrus aromas (lime) and white flowers (jasmine), which pairs well with fresh and light dishes such as salads and all kinds of fish.
