Natureo Rosado is an alcohol-free rosé wine coupage of the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties made by Bodegas Torres in Catalonia.
Natureo Rosado is made like any other rosé wine. The grapes go through a 24-hour maceration to extract a light colour. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 to 20 days. The resulting wine then undergoes a dealcoholisation process.
Bodegas Torres is a well-known, hundred-year-old family winery that, as well as producing wines in different parts of the world and having an international presence, spends some of its time recovering native varieties and producing high quality alcohol-free wines so that those who can’t drink alcohol can still enjoy the essence of wine.
TASTING: Fruity aromas of cherry jam accompanied by a vegetal note. On the palate it is smooth and fresh with a background of acidic sweets. An accessible and very well made wine. Pairs perfectly with traditional tapas, sausages and cured meats, as well as vegetable dishes and pasta.
