Benjamin's Volnay is always a big favourite of ours - Ben has a very strong track record in the village, and he sems to have a keen eye for getting it just right. Mitans is always amongst the most elegant expressions of Volnay, and the winemaking here very much embraces that, but with an extra level of depth and intensity. Rich, luscious black berry fruit with coffee, dark chocolate and a vibrant aromatic freshness.
