Biondi-Santi Rosso di Montalcino 2020 is a full-bodied red wine produced from Sangiovese grapes in the Montalcino sub-region of Tuscany. Biondi-Santi is the definitive producer of Montalcino wines and has remained steadfastly traditional – in terms of both its iconic label and wine style - while other Brunello producers have been carried away by passing fashions. Now in its seventh generation of winemakers, the Biondi-Santi family continues to create Sangiovese wines renowned for their elegance and longevity.



Producer notes: "Juicy notes of red berry fruits and plums rise from the glass on an energetic wave releasing flowery sensations of violets and red roses accompanied by refreshing hints of citron peel and blood orange and a crush of fresh Mediterranean herbs.  On the palate it is vibrant and lively with fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and succulent, crunchy fruit leading towards a long-lasting, savoury finish. An elegant and charming vintage."
