This Beaujolais wine from the Domaine Lathuilière-Gravallon Morgon appellation comes from Gamay grape varieties aged 50 years and planted on a plot of 7ha 60 ares on the Corcelette climate exposed South / Southeast in the town of Villié-Morgon. Rational culture. Manual harvesting. Traditional Beaujolais wine. Aging in oak barrels for half the harvest for 3 months, before assembly. A production of 50,000 bottles. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied and has an aging potential of 3 to 9 years. Perfect for fillet of beef and goats cheeses.
