Château des Sarrins is located in the hills of Provence, between the Alps and the Mediterranean. Owned by the Paillard family, the estate is fully organic. This rosé is made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle grapes, which are harvested by hand to ensure the fruit remains intact.
The wine has a pale salmon colour and is fermented at controlled temperatures to maintain its freshness. It features clear flavours of white peach, citrus, and small red fruits. Due to the high altitude of the vineyards, the wine keeps a bright acidity and a clean finish. It is a dry, straightforward rosé that works well on its own or with light summer dishes and grilled fish.
