1. Deliveries & Collection
Do you deliver across the whole island?
Yes, we offer island-wide delivery in Jersey, Monday to Saturday.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 island-wide.
Can I Click & Collect?
Absolutely. You can order online and choose to collect from either our Beaumont or St Helier shops at your convenience.
Do you deliver to the UK or other Channel Islands?
Currently, we specialise in serving our local Jersey community, but please contact us for bespoke shipping enquiries.
2. Visiting Our Shops
Where are your shops located?
We have two locations: our flagship store in Beaumont and our town shop in St Helier (Hill Street). Please note our Gorey shop closed in 2023.
Are you dog-friendly?
Yes! We love meeting your four-legged friends. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in both of our shops.
Do you have parking?
Our Beaumont store has a large, free private car park right outside the door. For St Helier, there is public parking nearby at Pier Road or Snow Hill.
Are you open on Bank Holidays?
No, both our shops and our warehouse are closed on all public and bank holidays including Liberation Day.
3. Services & Events
Do you offer wine tastings?
Yes, we host a variety of events throughout the year, from informal "Summer Sips" to prestigious masterclasses. Keep an eye on our 'Events' page or sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Can you help with party and wedding planning?
Definitely. We provide expert advice on quantities and pairings, and we offer a "sale or return" service and free Riedel glass loan service for your special events. We also work with numerous on-island caterers such as Private Panda.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer both physical gift cards in-store and e-gift vouchers online that can be used for any of our wines, spirits, or events.
Do you offer bespoke hampers?
We do. We have a range of pre-made mixed cases and hampers, or you can talk to our team to create a custom selection presented in a variety of different options.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer various gift packaging options, from our signature Dunell’s branded bags to premium wooden boxes, hamper boxes and soon to arrive wicker hampers. We can also include a personalised handwritten note with your gift delivery.
4. Wine Expertise & Storage
I’m looking for a specific vintage/terroir. Can you help?
Our Head Buyer, Kasia, and the team specialise in sourcing exceptional wines. If you don't see what you need on the shelf, please ask and we will do our best to find it for you.
Do you sell wine storage solutions?
Yes, we are the Jersey agents for Eurocave, the world leader in wine cabinets and cellar equipment.
Do you have a customer wine storage facility?
Yes, we do. We have a dedicated, state-of-the-art facility specifically for cellaring wine for our customers. See our Wine Storage link at the bottom of our website.
Do you offer En Primeur or Fine Wine services?
Yes, we offer access to En Primeur releases from Bordeaux, Burgundy, and beyond. We can also provide advice on building a cellar or sourcing rare vintages for investment.
Do you offer WSET training/wine education for the public?
Yes we do. We offer a WSET Level 2 course every February or March held in our Beaumont shop and hosted by an award-winning wine educator from Liberty Wines, London. We can also bespoke wine-training on a one to one basis - please pop into our Beaumont store and speak to Kasia.
5. Sustainability
Why don’t you stock plastic water bottles?
We have made a conscious decision to only stock water in glass bottles (Evian, Panna, San Pellegrino, Hatterrall Ridge) as glass is infinitely recyclable and better preserves the purity and flavour of the water.
6. Trade Accounts
Do you supply the trade?
Yes, we work with many of Jersey's top restaurants and bars. Please contact our Trade Manager, Paul Banahan at paul@dunells.com to discuss your requirements.
