Christmas Hamper Golden Ticket Promotion 2026
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Dunell’s Ltd, of La Route de La Haule, Beaumont, St Peter, Jersey, JE3 7YD (“the Promoter”).
The promotion is conducted under the relevant licence issued by the Jersey Gambling Commission.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion will run from 7 November 2026 until 31 December 2026, inclusive.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who purchase an eligible Christmas hamper from Dunell’s Ltd during the Promotion Period.
Employees of Dunell’s Ltd and any other individuals excluded under the applicable licence conditions are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
Ten Golden Tickets will be randomly placed inside ten separate eligible Christmas hampers before the hampers are made available for sale.
Customers who purchase an eligible Christmas hamper during the Promotion Period will automatically participate in the promotion. No additional entry fee or separate entry form is required.
Customers cannot choose a hamper based on whether it contains a Golden Ticket. Each Golden Ticket represents one winning prize.
5. Prizes
There are ten Golden Tickets available. Each Golden Ticket entitles the holder to one voucher worth £100 to spend on goods available for purchase in-store at Dunell’s Ltd.
The total prize fund is £1,000.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed online.
6. Claiming a Prize
Customers who find a Golden Ticket inside their Christmas hamper must present the original Golden Ticket to Dunell’s Ltd to claim their £100 voucher. Winners may be requested to provide photographic ID for age verification purposes.
Dunell’s Ltd reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Golden Ticket before issuing the voucher.
Each valid Golden Ticket entitles the holder to one £100 voucher. A maximum of ten vouchers will be awarded under this promotion.
7. Voucher Redemption
Each £100 voucher must be redeemed in-store at Dunell’s Ltd on or before 31 March 2027.
Vouchers may be used towards the purchase of any goods available in-store at Dunell’s Ltd.
Vouchers may be used over multiple transactions until the full £100 value has been spent, provided all transactions take place on or before 31 March 2027.
If the value of the goods purchased exceeds the remaining balance on the voucher, the customer may pay the difference using an accepted payment method.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed online or used after 31 March 2027. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
8. General Conditions
Golden Tickets must be presented in their original form and must not be copied, reproduced or altered.
Dunell’s Ltd reserves the right to refuse a claim if a Golden Ticket is counterfeit, altered or otherwise invalid.
The £100 voucher may be gifted or passed on to another person to spend in-store at Dunell’s Ltd, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed online or used after 31 March 2027.
9. Fairness and Administration
Dunell’s Ltd will take reasonable steps to ensure that the Golden Tickets are distributed fairly and that the promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable licence conditions and requirements of the Jersey Gambling Commission.
Appropriate records of the promotion and prizes awarded will be maintained in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
10. Changes to the Promotion
Dunell’s Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where required by law, by the Jersey Gambling Commission, or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable legal and licensing requirements.
11. Data Protection
Any personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used only where necessary to administer the promotion, verify winning tickets and fulfil prizes.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing an eligible Christmas hamper and participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The promotion is subject to the applicable licence conditions issued by the Jersey Gambling Commission.
