The colour is a delicate, pale salmon. On the nose, it offers a distinct profile of pomegranate, wild strawberry, and a touch of white pepper, alongside savoury Mediterranean herbs.

The palate is bone-dry and lean, showing significant concentration without excess weight. Flavours of tart red berries are complemented by a flinty, saline minerality that defines the finish. It is a technical, terroir-driven rosé that highlights the potential of indigenous Greek varieties. The 2024 vintage remains bright and energetic, making it an ideal partner for grilled seafood.
