Clos des Lunes 'Lune d'Argent' is produced by Olivier Bernard and the winemaking team at Domaine de Chevalier. A blend of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc from 65-hectares of vineyards split between the sub-zones of Sauternes (adjacent to Ch. Yquem!), Bommes as well as Barsac, each adding power, freshness and minerality respectively. It is a stunning wine, with stunning pedigree.

Composed of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, the Lune d'Argent prances out with showy notes of fresh grapefruit, lemon pie, and green apples plus hints of cardamom, wild thyme, and chalk dust. Light to medium-bodied, the palate is crisp and refreshing with vibrant citrus flavours and a chalky finish.
