The Chablis 1er Cru Montmains, brought entirely in vat, has a crisp, slate-like bouquet that is very well defined and focused. The palate is well balanced with an attractive oyster shell note on the entry, the acidity well judged with the price of the fresh, lime and apple tinged finish.
