Ashbourne Sandstone is a white blend from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley in South Africa, made from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Semillon. The vines grow on quartzitic sandstone soils, which define the style of the wine. Rather than focusing on bold fruit, the wine highlights a bright minerality and natural acidity. It has a smooth texture with bright aromatics and salinity.
