The Chevalier Stérimberg 2015 is adorned with a yellow dress with brilliant reflections. The nose is a rich and complex bouquet of pear with floral notes. In the mouth, the attack is ample and warm with a beautiful roundness. At the same time fine and elegant, there are beautiful buttery notes delicately woody.

The 2015 Hermitage Blanc Le Chevalier de Sterimberg is another medium-bodied, pure, energetic white that offers fabulous minerality, crisp white peach and a touch of hazelnut on the finish.
