A little about me
I studied Media Communications at university but slowly realised the typical 9-5 desk life wasn’t for me. After graduating, I threw myself in at the deep end and flew to Ohio, USA to work at an overnight summer camp. What was meant to be a one-and-done experience turned into 4 summers of supporting campers aged 6-16, creating lifelong friendships and stepping firmly outside of my comfort zone. In between my summers in the U.S., I have worked in various customer-facing roles, where I have developed a strong drive to provide customers with an ‘above and beyond’ level of customer service. I love forming new connections with customers, and I feel working for a family-run business with a close-knit community of customers, which Dunell’s has, is the perfect next step in my career.

What are some of your interests outside work?
Reading, baking & sea swimming at St. Catherine’s (as long as it’s followed by a sauna!)

If you could be served any food/dish, what would it be?
The lamb koftas from De L’Etang or my Dad’s homemade sausage rolls

What do you like about working for Dunell’s?
I’m super excited to be working amongst a team of genuinely lovely people and couldn’t think of a better place to start my wine journey.  I’m looking forward to helping customers who are also new to wine and discovering better bottles together.

What is your most diverse achievement?
Coordinating and running a 2-day event for 450 people at an American summer camp.
