Limited Edition golden sour aged in Sauternes barrels. Bright and elegant, it balances lively acidity with notes of honeyed stone fruit, citrus, and delicate oak from the sweet wine casks. Crisp, complex and beautifully refined, it finishes dry with a soft, lingering tartness.
