Developed and produced jointly with their American friend Shaun Hill (Hillfarmstead Brewery, Greensboro, Vermont, USA). It continues to be brewed at their facility in Blaugies. We have exchanged skills to create this lager with a pronounced bitterness and a slight lemon aftertaste.
