Description
The Max Verstappen of the beer world ;) Oso Brew Co.'s Simply Lovely lives up to its name with this charming New England IPA from Madrid. Pouring a hazy, pale gold with a fluffy white head, the aroma is an inviting bouquet of ripe stone fruits and fresh citrus zest.
The brewing team uses a heavy hand with late-addition hops to create a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that defines the style. On the palate, expect a rush of juicy peach, apricot, and sweet tangerine notes that sit atop a smooth, oaty base.
Bitterness is kept very low, focusing instead on pure hop saturation and drinkability. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering fruity sweetness. It is an approachable, expertly crafted hazy IPA that is perfect for easygoing sessions.
