Description
The Flux Phase 7 DDH Pale Ale marks a brilliant collaboration between Track Brewing and Verdant. This brew pours with a beautiful haze and offers a perfectly sessionable experience in the glass. A carefully constructed malt bill packed with oats creates a luxuriously soft mouthfeel that carries the hop profile effortlessly. Vibrant bursts of juicy pineapple and ripe stone fruit lead the way right from the first sip. As those bright fruit flavors gently fade, a comforting biscuit finish rounds out the tasting experience. This pale ale stands as a masterclass in balance and flavor, showcasing exactly why both of these beloved breweries command such respect. It is a remarkable pour that demands to be enjoyed to the very last drop.
