Red apple, raspberry and honeyed toast on the nose. The palate showcases golden apple, white pepper spice and marzipan, with crisp, salivating spice and golden apple peel. Aged for 5.5 years on lees, with 9.4g/l dosage and 7.5g/l acidity, it's broad-shouldered yet with a sharp focus, leading to a profound finish.

VINOUS 93 points
The 2016 Brut Tillington Single Vineyard, a blend of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay from a greensand site in the South Downs National Park, West Sussex, spent over six years on the lees. It opens with a lovely frisson of tart redcurrant berries and a hint of pepper spice on the nose. The palate is a vision of creamy lightness, with tender pale strawberry freshness highlighting the Pinot Noir majority in a slender, poised, bright and precise fashion. ABOUT NYETIMBER
Nyetimber Vineyard pioneered the UK's recent rise to fame and recognition for its ability to be taken seriously at international level. The estate was conceived, planted and equipped exclusively for the production of top-quality sparkling wines. Just over fourteen hectares (thirty-five acres) of gentle, south-facing slopes of greensand soil were planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the classic varieties of the Champagne region.

Vibrant antique red rose colour, hint of copper tones, lovely tiny bubbles. Red mango, honey, hints of star anise/cardamom and alyssum. Red liquorice, red cherry & currant flavours. High intensity, with lovely round and full but soft texture. Finish is very long and full with redcurrant and hints of shortcrust pastry.

This beautiful sunset-pink Multi-Vintage rosé has us dreaming of long, sunny days. Offering a unique combination of aromas, including British summer fruits and shortbread. Its creamy, round texture and refreshing redcurrant, raspberry and cherry flavours give it an elegant and silky finish.

Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this is one of the driest wines in our range. Its distinctive red fruit flavour lends itself to weightier dishes, making it the perfect year-round wine.
