Pago de Tharsys Millesime is an organic cava made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Xarel·lo. Aged for 24 months, with fine bubbles, creaminess, and freshness. A Brut Reserva ideal for gastronomy.
Appearance: Yellow colour with bright golden highlights and very fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose: Aromas of fresh stone fruit, apple, and citrus, with delicate notes of cream and bread crumb.
Palate: Vibrant, creamy, and full-bodied, with fine and persistent bubbles. Flavours of fresh stone fruit stand out, leading to a long finish with hints of almond and walnut.
Food Pairing: Ideal with baked or grilled fish, seafood rice dishes, white meats, and grilled or tempura vegetables.
