CAZCABEL Tequila Blanco 100% de Agave Bottle (70cl) 38%abv

Description

Cazcabel Blanco is a clear unaged tequila made from 100 % Blue Weber agave that displays pure mature agave character. Slow cooked piñas undergo fermentation and double copper distillation to yield a clean aromatic spirit. The nose is immediate with green agave, lime peel, white pepper, jasmine and orange blossom, with hints of cooked pineapple and green banana and a saline wet stone note. On the palate it is crisp and direct, offering zesty lemon and grapefruit, bright agave and white and black pepper, with a light silky texture and refreshing acidity. A whisper of green chilli and warm aniseed appears on the finish with lingering citrus pith bitterness and mineral length. Ideal neat, chilled or in cocktails such as margaritas or Palomas, and excellent with ceviche, oysters and grilled white fish.
