Description

Volcan De Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco is 100% Blue Agave, showcasing a unique blend of heritage and modern technique. This tequila is a marriage of agave sourced from two distinct regions: the lowlands, which provide earthy and spicy characteristics, and the highlands, which contribute floral and citrus notes. The processes are kept separate, using traditional masonry ovens and tahona milling for the lowland fruit alongside contemporary methods for the highland harvest.

The nose offers an inviting bouquet of crisp grapefruit, lime, and black pepper, layered with herbal undertones of mint and cooked agave. On the palate, the texture is remarkably smooth and clean, delivering a vibrant mix of citrus and delicate floral sweetness. It concludes with a long, elegant finish.

Because it features zero additives and uses premium hand-harvested agaves, it is clean enough to be a dedicated sipping tequila. It is best enjoyed neat or slightly chilled in a tulip glass. However, its robust citrus and herbal profile also makes it an excellent, elevated backbone for a premium Margarita or a traditional Paloma.

Created as a collaborative partnership between the Gallardo family and luxury conglomerate LVMH (Moët Hennessy), it is produced at NOM 1523 in Jalisco, Mexico.
