Tasting Notes
Nose : Deep sherry richness and dried figs, dates and dark raisins, layered with roasted nuts, leather and polished oak. Toasted almonds, orange peel and saline lift add freshness, alongside hints of cocoa and cinnamon.
Palate : Full-bodied and velvety, with treacle, toffee and chocolate-coated cherries balanced by walnuts, espresso and dark fruitcake. Honeyed nuts and citrus zest bring elegance.
Finish : Long and warming, with molasses, toasted oak, caramelized orange and nutty sherry fading into soft cocoa and gentle spice.
