Description
Matured entirely in our coastal warehouses, this limited edition cask strength release draws on a combination of predominantly second fill Oloroso casks with just enough first fill and refill influence to add depth, not distraction. It’s a whisky that delivers clarity, structure and restraint. The sherry influence is delicate, never dominant, allowing our unpeated Islay spirit to express itself fully. You'll find notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, light tobacco and soft brine.
