Because they use the tallest stills in Scotland, the spirit itself is famously delicate and floral rather than heavy or smoky. Expect gorgeous aromas of zesty mandarin, lemon, and a distinct hit of creamy vanilla. On the palate, it’s delightfully soft and honeyed, bursting with flavours of ripe peach, malty digestive biscuits, and a touch of gentle baking spice on the finish.
