Table Whisky is one of the most approachable drams you will find in both concept and flavour. Modelled after the "table wine" concept in Europe, this is often a category of wine that offers delicious and unassuming quality that we wanted to bring to whisky.

The difference between single malt and single grain is predominantly two points: different grain and different distillation (column stills). A single grain whisky can be made from different cereals (such as wheat or corn). This means single grain whiskies tend to offer a sweeter taste with a lighter body.

Maturing grain in ex-sherry and new oak casks gives a level of depth and complexity that compliments the slightly sweeter and lighter body. This creates notes of red berries, vanilla sponge cake, gingerbread, caramel and popcorn.
