Signatory Vintage remains a pinnacle of independent bottling, particularly with their "Very Cloudy" series which omits chill-filtration to preserve the spirit's natural oils. This 7-year-old Ledaig, distilled in 2008 at the Tobermory distillery on Mull, showcases the island’s famously pungent and peaty character.

The nose is intensely aromatic, offering a distinctive blend of medicinal smoke, earthy peat, and a hint of maritime brine. On the palate, the unfiltered nature provides a remarkably thick, oily mouthfeel that carries the 46% ABV beautifully. Expect bold flavours of soot, charred oak, and a sweet, malty core balanced by a zesty citrus edge. The finish is long and unapologetically smoky, leaving a lingering, salty tang. This is a wonderfully raw and textural expression of Isle of Mull peat.
