"Château Palmer is regarded as one of Margaux’s greatest terroirs. Classified as a Third Growth in 1855 despite a quality long considered worthy of a First Growth, the estate is distinguished by its unusually high proportion of Merlot for the Médoc. Biodynamically farmed since 2011, Palmer embraces a precise, low-intervention philosophy from vineyard to cellar.

This vintage perfectly reflects this identity, revealing the full expression of Merlot, which achieved exceptional phenolic ripeness on the estate’s gravel and clay soils.

Alter Ego shares the same silky tannic texture, elegance and unmistakable Palmer signature, spontaneous, generous and refined.
