Domaine Christophe et Yoann Perrin Pinot Noir 2023 is a lively expression of the Côtes du Jura. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it opens with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, followed by gentle earthy and spicy notes. The palate is bright and supple, with juicy red fruit, fresh acidity and fine tannins. A savoury, mineral edge adds character, leading to a clean, persistent finish. Founded in 1998, the family domaine farms seven hectares in Vernantois, working sustainably and with care for its marl and limestone soils. This elegant, food-friendly red is lovely lightly chilled, alongside roast poultry, charcuterie or mushroom dishes.
