This special cuvée is a careful selection from vines between ten and twenty years old, which will eventually provide the grapes for the Grand Vin. Crafted from an elegant blend of 85 percent Merlot and 15 percent Cabernet Franc, this specific plot selection beautifully highlights attractive fresh fruit and wonderfully smooth tannins.
Pouring a deep garnet, it bursts with inviting aromas of juicy black cherries and crushed plums. Fleshy and luscious, this brilliant wine pairs perfectly with roast poultry or mushroom risotto.
