The Albarino Pedralonga Terra de Godos presents a pale yellow colour with greenish glints. Its fresh aroma features hints of acidity and minerality, culminating in a long finish with milky notes. On the palate, it offers freshness, vibrant acidity, and flavors of green apple, enhanced by an unctuous mineral profile. Hand-harvested in 16 kg crates, the grapes are pressed without added sulfites and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Featuring malolactic fermentation and six months of lees ageing, this wine reflects the harmony of 15-year-old vines and selected growers. The result is a unique expression that embodies the minerality and acidity characteristic of Pedralonga wines, creating a truly distinctive identity!
