Arnaud Lambert, trained in Beaune, brings Burgundian-style precision and sulphate-free winemaking to Saumur, allowing his diverse terroirs to speak clearly. The 2023 Loire vintage was characterised by a wet spring followed by a warm, sun-drenched summer, yielding fruit with excellent aromatic purity and vibrant energy.

This Midi Saumur Blanc is 100% Chenin Blanc, raised in stainless steel for up to eight months to preserve its crystalline freshness. It opens with a fragrant bouquet of lemon zest, crisp green apple, and delicate white flowers. On the palate, a zesty acidity balances a light, mineral-driven body, enhanced by a subtle creaminess from time spent on lees. This is an incredibly refreshing, elegantly etched white that prioritises purity and balance.
