Description
Founded in 1982 by the legendary Didier Dagueneau, this celebrated estate in Saint-Andelain, in the heart of Pouilly-Fumé, produces some of the most distinctive and sought-after Sauvignon Blancs in the world. Crafted from organically farmed vines across multiple plots, respecting natural biodiversity and soil vitality. Grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. A captivating and unconventional white blend, showing a brilliant pale gold colour. The nose is bursting with citrus zest, ripe white peach, fresh herbs, and a distinct mineral edge reminiscent of wet stones and sea spray. The palate is vibrant and textured, with layers of green apple, quince, and a chalky, saline minerality. The wine is lively and complex, balancing freshness with depth and a long, refreshing finish.
