The 2025 vintage benefited from the island's characteristic intense sunshine and cooling sea breezes, yielding fruit with exceptional aromatic purity and a vibrant saline energy.
This Bianco, a blend of Cataratto and Grillo, captures the essence of the Mediterranean. It offers a fragrant bouquet of wild citrus, white peach, and a distinct herbal note reminiscent of sun-drenched maquis. On the palate, it delivers a crisp, medium-bodied experience; zesty lemon flavours are beautifully balanced by a persistent, chalky minerality.
