Description
Pazo de Señorans is a leading producer in the Val do Salnés sub-region of Rias Baixas. The 2024 Albariño is a precise expression of Galician terroir, shaped by Atlantic influences and granite soils. Crafted from 100% Albariño grapes, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel followed by several months of ageing on its fine lees. This process adds significant texture and depth without compromising the variety’s natural vibrancy.
The 2024 vintage presents a fragrant bouquet of white peach, citrus blossom, and lime, underpinned by a hallmark saline minerality. The palate is crisp and energetic, balancing sharp acidity with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Its clean, persistent finish makes it an exceptional partner for fresh shellfish, seafood, or light summer salads.

Super with Jersey Oysters...
Jersey Oysters and Champagne, oh definitely!! However there are other excellent combinations like a classic Chablis, a crispy Vinho Verde or an Albarino. One of our favourite pairings is this particular Albarino full of mineral, salty and stone fruit flavours which complements the oysters and cleans the palate beautifully.
