The Waterford Estate Pecan Stream Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a dry white wine produced in the Western Cape region of South Africa. Made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc, the Pecan Stream label focuses on producing accessible, fruit-forward wines intended for early consumption. The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards that provide a necessary balance of ripeness and natural acidity.

Following the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The juice undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This entirely unwooded vinification method is utilised to prevent oxidation and to retain the primary fruit aromas and crispness characteristic of the grape variety.

In the glass, the wine exhibits a pale straw colour with light green hues. The aromatic profile is defined by a combination of tropical and citrus fruits, featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, guava, and grapefruit, supported by the varietal's typical herbaceous and grassy undertones. The palate is characterised by a refreshing, prominent acidity that balances the core fruit flavours, leading to a clean and persistent dry finish.
