Lewes based Beak Brewery has rapidly ascended to cult status within the UK craft scene, particularly for their mastery of exceptionally soft and hazy ales. Their flagship IPA, Parade, utilises a potent blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops to create an intense tropical profile. This combination releases a heady aroma of ripe mango, papaya, and zesty tangerine.
On the palate, the experience is defined by a signature pillowy mouthfeel, achieved through a heavy addition of oats and wheat. Vibrant flavours of pineapple and stone fruit are supported by a delicate, creamy sweetness. The finish is remarkably smooth with very little bitterness, leaving a lingering, juice like impression. At 6% ABV, it perfectly showcases the brewery's expertise in hop saturation.
