Description
Beak Brewery, the Lewes based masters of hazy ales, has joined forces with American brewing legends Marlowe Ales to create this formidable DDH DIPA. Utilising a heavy handed addition of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, this 8% powerhouse offers a heady aroma of crushed gooseberry, zesty lime, and ripe passion fruit.
On the palate, the mouthfeel is signature Beak; remarkably soft, pillowy, and luxuriously thick. Waves of tropical fruit and white grape are beautifully balanced by a delicate, creamy oat led malt base. The finish is incredibly smooth with a gentle alcoholic warmth that carries the vibrant hop saturation perfectly.
