'Citra Universe' is a dedicated exploration of their favourite hop variety, meticulously dry-hopped to showcase Citra’s legendary complexity.
The nose is a vibrant explosion of zesty grapefruit, ripe mango, and sweet lychee, underpinned by a subtle floral note. On the palate, it delivers a luxuriously soft and pillowy mouthfeel, a signature of their expert brewing style. An intense wave of tropical fruit and citrus oils is perfectly balanced by a delicate, creamy malt backbone. Bitterness remains remarkably restrained, allowing the vivid hop aromatics to remain the centre stage. The finish is smooth and incredibly refreshing, leaving a lingering, juicy tang. This is a masterfully crafted, world-class DIPA.
